Dr. Lawrence Rothenberg is a recognized leader in the specialty practice of Prosthodontics and has been an outstanding clinician in the Washington, DC area since 1977.

Born and raised in New York City, Dr. Rothenberg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Queens College, City University of New York, in 1968, followed by a dental degree from New York University in 1972. Upon completion of a 1-year rotating internship, Dr. Rothenberg was accepted to the Georgetown University Dental School-Graduate Division for specialty training in Prosthodontics. He successfully completed the 2-year program and was awarded a Master’s Degree in Prosthodontics.

As part of his military service, Dr. Rothenberg was Chief of Removable Prosthodontics at Bolling Air Force Base (Major, USAF). In 1977, Dr. Rothenberg opened his full time practice devoted to esthetic rehabilitative dentistry in Chevy Chase, Maryland.
